Hi, my name is Matthew. I am a student and hard working Novocastrian. I have been passionate about Campervans for a few years and built up a small fleet of campervans for private rental out of Newcastle.

4 weeks up the coast and back in this van was a dream. Matt was so helpful whenever we needed a hand or question answered and was so lovely to deal with. Would definitely hire again!

Are the Campervans pet friendly?
Yes! All campervans in the Newcastle Campervan fleet are pet friendly.
How long does the handover take?
Usually we ask you to allow an hour. We like to make sure all of our hirers feel confident prior to their departure, so if more time is required that’s okay by us. If you have any questions – get in touch!
Is there a minimum hire period?
There is a 3 day (not night) minimum hire at Newcastle Campervans. During peak holiday periods this may increase without notice.
What does the service fee cover?
- Gas (new gas bottles provided with every hire)
- Cleaning products & amenities for the caravan
- Thorough hand over
- Full disinfect of the caravan post & pre-hire (This does not include a full clean. All caravans must be returned cleaned by the hirer – unless the hirer has requested ‘clean the van for me’ within the booking).
What if something goes wrong?
We are here to support you and we will be contactable throughout the hire. You also have Nation Wide NRMA Roadside Assistance through Camplify if you need it!
